GINETTA G31

Kit Car

This Ginetta was registered old “R” 1978 Cortina base body type is a GINETTA G31.

There is no engine or gear box. I bought this car 2 years ago to restore (what ells is rear wheel drive to have fun in) and being a Cortina base all the parts are readily available. It has got pop up Head Light eyes, Fiesta doors, a solid 4x2 inch box chassis, (has got some surface rust on, but its 3mm thick) I am open to offers on this car and starting it off £100 as this is what I gave for it. Once restored will be worth a lot more. You can view at any time to suit you.

As I can see, every thing is there to put her back together.

There are some scratches here and there and will require a re-spay.

BAD POINTS

The old owner (for some reason) has started to cut the bonnet in half, I’ve looked it can be repaired as all the bits to fibre glass it back together are there. Rear driver side window is out and in the car. The rain has got in through it but cant rust as its fibre glass. Windscreen cracked.

There is NO VIN or reg to it, but not a problem if you have a donner car.  The wheels are not included as they fit my rally car. I will put standard wheels on to move it. The rear drums had been taken off  to clean up and been put inside.

The car just needs some TLC work to restore it.
